Organized by a beer-loving bunch of regional beer industry folks in collaboration with the Asheville Brewer's Alliance, Asheville Beer Week offers a variety of events, including tastings, dinners, talks, parties, beer tournaments, special concerts and many other fun events Asheville-style. Finish out the week-long celebration with Beer City Festival on June 1 where dozens of breweries will be pouring their favorites.

This year, the theme of #AVLBeerWeek is crafted community — celebrating the bridges that craft beer creates to our amazing community.

Strange Brew Movie Showing
Strange Brew, which is arguably the best beer movie ever made, will be showing all AVL Beer Week long at Asheville Pizza & Brewing Company.

5th Annual SocialFest
Asheville's best musicians are coming together for a fun day of music, art, food and fun at The Social to benefit Homeward Bound. The lineup is stacked, including Ashley Heath, Leeda "Lyric" Jones, Josh Blake, Dirty Dead and more.

Memorial Day Keg Hunt
Hi-Wire Brewing, in collaboration with Well Played Board Game Cafe, will be hosting the 2nd annual Memorial Day Keg Hunt where teams will follow a series of clues leading them to the final destination for Hi-Wire beer, food and music.

Build-a-Beer Workshop
Archetype Brewing will be releasing two of their fan favorite beers for you to brew at home! For $35, you receive a beer, a full brew kit (without yeast), a walk-through with the brewers and a one-on-one Q&A at the event.
