Bootcamp for your brain and new Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy w/ Apex Brain Centers #digAVL Video

A series on how local businesses are adjusting to the COVID-19 crisis

Asheville's Apex Brain Center is basically a boot camp for your brain. Their revolutionary Brain Training program will assist an individual in meeting functional gains that would typically take months to years to realize in just a matter of days to weeks! Apex is a game-changer, especially with COVID, as recent research has proven that their new hyperbaric oxygen therapy can help with COVID-19 syndrome recovery. Watch the video to find learn more about their services!

While we've all had to adjust to the "new normal" (whatever that is), our local business owners and managers have their own stories to tell about how they've been affected and what they are doing during these unprecedented times. Dig Local is proud to interview some of the awesome folks who make Asheville, Asheville.
Things To Do
Get your Groove On
We dig The Get Right Band so much and have missed seeing them live. Lucky for us The Grey Eagle will be offering up a
free live stream of the band tonight at 7:30. Y'all probably know that The Get Right Band is a psychedelic indie rock power trio from right here in Asheville that focuses on "following their muses to honest self-expression, to whatever excites them and pushes them into unexplored territory." Cool, right?
