#3 Crêpes, Empanadas, Raclette, Beer and Tunes!

We dig that America is a melting pot of many cultures. Did you know that Oscar Wong, founder of Highland Brewing, is from Chinese lineage, born and raised in Jamaica. Lucky for us in 1994 he eventually landed in Asheville to open Highland Brewing Co. Highland is celebrating Independence Day with two multi-cultural food vendors, Sweet Cheesus featuring "raclette" and CeCi's Culinary Tour serving up crêpes, empanadas, and more. There's also going to be live music from some of local favorites including Jackson Grimm & The One String from 12:30 - 2:30pm and Pleasure Chest from 3 - 5pm. There's fun for the whole family this Sunday, July 4th at noon!
