Summer Concert Series at Dirty Jack's
Green Man Brewery just kicked off their new Summer Music Series and weekly Open Mic Night at Dirty Jack's (23 Buxton Ave.)! This free Summer Music Series features various genres of artists on Fridays and sometimes Saturdays from 8-10 pm. Open Mic Night, hosted by Dirty Jack's Bartender Zaq Squares, will be held on Tuesdays from 6-8 p.m. Open Mic participants can sign up for free at the taproom starting at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays!

Make your own Charcuterie Board at Catawba
Catawba Brewing Co. has partnered with AVL Charcuterie Co. for a Charcuterie Board Making Class! Grab a beer and head to the private back room where you'll learn how to make a charcuterie board with Lindsey from AVL Charcuterie Co. This board includes meats, cheeses, fruits and desserts! Learn how to make a beautiful salami rose. Eat your board after the class or take it home to share! Tickets are $70 per board and will include one Catawba beer with your ticket.

Pearson's Falls - Hike #16

Pearson's Falls is an easy 0.7 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Saluda that features a waterfall, restrooms and a picnic area. There is a small entry fee and heads up that dogs are not allowed at this hike. This is great for families with mixed hiking abilities including younger kids and older adults. Join us every week as we discover more of what makes Asheville beautiful with our friends at Hike NC with Me.

Foundation Studios 2nd Anniversary 

Foundation Studios is hosting a day long event in honor of their 2nd year anniversary! Join them for a day filled with artist demos, live music, and the opening of their new resident artist showcase, “A Place Called Home.” Foundation will also be featuring the I Am Home Art Project, a local nonprofit that provides a nurturing environment where artists at risk of homelessness can find community, experience healing and create from a place of hope and dignity. By giving access to materials, space and gallery showings, they serve marginalized artists by giving them the opportunity to receive 100% of the proceeds from sales.
