The Gourmet Chip Company is a cafe and chip maker at 43 1/2 Broadway Street in downtown Asheville, making hand-crafted potato chips with no preservatives. Flavors include Black Truffle Herb, Tuscan Garlic Herb and Apple Cider Balsamic, and the cafe serves hot-pressed paninis for lunch.
