Summit Coffee is a coffee shop in Asheville's River Arts District, reopened in April 2026 in a new space at 37 Paynes Way, Suite 9. It serves espresso drinks, drip coffee, lattes and small bites, and it caters events too.

Locals in the River Arts District are glad to have Summit back. It's an easy stop for an iced latte before walking the studios.
