Taco Billy is a taco shop at 201 Haywood Road in West Asheville, easy to spot by the giant orange billy goat painted on the side of the building. It makes tacos with local produce and purveyors, including eggs from Farside Farms, beef from The Chop Shop and tortillas from Tortilleria Molina, plus PennyCup coffee and local beer.
