What you need to know

Hot Yoga Asheville is a heated yoga studio at 802 Fairview Road, Suite 100, in Asheville, open since 2008 and billed as the city's longest-running hot yoga studio. Every class is warmed with far infrared heat in two dedicated rooms, and the schedule covers Hot Power Flow, Align Flow, Hot 26, Hot Yin, Restorative and BLAST, plus Hot LIFT, a weights class in the heat. Hot 26 is the classic 26-posture sequence, offered as one class among many rather than the whole studio.
