Hip Replacements is a vintage and vintage-inspired clothing shop at 72 N Lexington Avenue in downtown Asheville. Paige, Kim and Greg Borden run it, and it has called itself Asheville's dressing room since 1995, with indie designer pieces and finds picked with a nostalgia for yesteryear.

Regulars have shopped Lexington Avenue's racks here for three decades, and locals send friends for outfits nobody else will be wearing.
