Smokee's started as a wood-fired pizza truck in 2022 and grew into a proper breakfast and lunch spot on Weaverville Rd. Founded by chef Jordan Siddons — and named after his pug — it runs on house-made everything: pretzel rolls, focaccia, semolina rolls, jammy eggs, and sauces you won't find anywhere else in Asheville. The sandwiches are the main event, and the daily specials are consistently the best thing on the board.
Wed–Fri they close at 2pm sharp, Sat at 3pm — don't show up late. The Wake N Bacon on a pretzel roll is the move for breakfast, but check the specials board first.
