Easy Tiger is a gastro pub and sports bar at 125 S Lexington Ave in downtown Asheville, opened in fall 2025 by the team behind Flour Cafe at S&W Market. Chef Gordon Gibbs runs a menu of smash burgers, laap tots with fish sauce and mint, a chicken Caesar sandwich, Thai pork steak, fish tacos and curry poutine, and the kitchen stays open until midnight. There are 12 rotating taps, cocktails and a full bar, TVs everywhere with all the major sports channels, and a dog-friendly patio.

Call ahead if you're bringing a big group for a game, since large parties can reserve. Start with the laap tots and hand-cut fries for the table.
