The Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians owns it, and anyone 21 or older with a valid government ID can buy, no matter what state they're from. The menu has flower, pre-rolls, edibles and vapes, including their own First Fire flower and Great Smoky gummies, and the prices already include tax. It's open 10 AM to 10 PM every day, with a drive-thru.

Bring a valid photo ID, since they check everyone, and use the drive-thru on a busy weekend. Cannabis bought here is still illegal to carry off tribal land under North Carolina law.
