Ontos is a Greek-inspired natural wine and cocktail bar at 16 Allen Street, a block off Haywood Road in West Asheville. Ethan and Mackenzie Risinger opened it in August 2026 with more than 45 wine labels, many from Greece, plus Greek beers, vermouth, ouzo cocktails and little plates like tzatziki and chips and coppa.
Local's Tip
Order the Ontos Dinner, one of each little plate for $34, with a Kalispera, beer and ouzo. Open Wednesday to Friday from 4 PM, and weekends from 2 PM. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
