Daymakers Slider Bar is a slider restaurant and bar at 204 Whitson Ave in Swannanoa, across from Beacon Bike Park, that opened in July 2026. Executive Chef Brian Crow spent nine years as culinary director at Chestnut and Corner Kitchen, and he runs it with Megan Crow and Richard and Heidi King of White Duck Taco and The Pure & Proper. The menu has nine regular sliders plus a rotating tenth, with picks like a lamb burger, pork belly banh mi, Korean barbecue chicken and Southern fried chicken, plus salads and wings. There are 13 taps of local beer, wine, a 25-foot bar and a small game room.
Local's Tip
Order a flight so everyone can try a few, and grab a seat at the long bar. Open 11 AM to 9 PM every day but Tuesday.
