What you need to know

Print House is a printmaking studio, gallery and education center at 29 Carolina Lane in downtown Asheville. Two women started it in 2025 with a shared love of printmaking, and resident artists Anna Bryant and Denise Markbreit work out of the light-filled studio. The second floor is set aside for classes and workshops for every skill level.

Local's Tip

Workshop space is limited, so sign up a week or two ahead. Short make-and-take screen printing sessions are a low-cost first try, and families are welcome.

What the locals say

Workshops range from beginner introductions to advanced technique sessions with regional and nationally known printmakers. It's also a working studio, so on open days you can see the presses in use and browse prints in the gallery.
