The Hop will be celebrating Chocolate Ice Cream all week, kicking off on June 5th and lasting through the 11th! This is centered around National Chocolate Ice Cream Day, which takes place on Wednesday June 7th.

What can you expect? Increased dairy and vegan chocolate ice cream offerings on our menu, some chocolate-y specials, and more.

Pop’s vision is to provide authentic, playful, high-quality bubble tea while supporting the Asheville community and uplifting Asian culture. Its multi-cultural team of Eva Peterson and Ashley Garrion is a wonderful example of the collaboration between Eastern and Western experience and knowledge. In keeping with that, Pop’s menu contains loose tea leaf and many toppings sourced directly from Taiwan as well as many sourced locally or made in house. Milk teas, Pop’s most popular menu item, are made with whole or oat milk, and tapioca is cooked daily for the ideal QQ texture. Lots of vegan options too! Free WiFi.
