Posana Biltmore Park is serving Thanksgiving dinner as a four-course prix fixe, all family-style. Chef Peter Pollay's team has a vegan menu available if requested at booking, but the holiday format means no other modifications this time.

It's $95 per person, $45 for kids under ten, with an optional $45 wine pairing. Reservations get table seating; walk-ins can grab bar spots if there's room. Drinks and gratuity run extra.
