Pack's Tavern is a family-owned restaurant and bar at 20 South Spruce Street in downtown Asheville, next to Pack Square Park. The menu runs from burgers, salads and entrees to wood-fired pizza and hot subs, with a parkside patio, 15 TVs and event space inside a restored building with exposed brick and 100-year-old floors.

Locals come for the daily drink specials and stay to catch the game on one of the TVs. It's an easy downtown pick when you have a group to feed.
