The market raises money for Animal Haven of Asheville, a no-kill shelter in East Asheville, and Animal Haven has a table with a raffle basket filled with work donated by the artists. Ooh La La Curiosity Market is a local artist market in Pritchard Park at 67 Patton Avenue in downtown Asheville. On select Saturdays from 10am to 4pm, dozens of local artists sell paintings, jewelry, clothing, crystals and other handmade work, with three live music sets through the day. The market doubles as a fundraiser for Animal Haven of Asheville, a no-kill animal sanctuary in East Asheville. It is in its 14th season.
