Biltmore Park Town Square is Asheville’s premier mixed-use retail and entertainment district in South Asheville. This walkable, tight-knit community hub offers an outstanding blend of top national stores and beloved local boutiques. Visitors and locals alike enjoy a variety of dining options from casual bites to upscale restaurants in an inviting outdoor square setting framed by the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains. The town square also features a deluxe movie theater, fitness centers, luxury apartments, and event spaces making it a true lifestyle destination.

Locals say Biltmore Park Town Square has a relaxed village-going vibe yet with all the amenities you’d expect from a modern urban center. It’s a popular spot for families and friends to gather whether for brunch, shopping, or catching the latest film. Weekend traffic and parking can get busy but the energy and community feel keep people coming back. The Hilton Asheville Hotel and Sensibilities Day Spa add a touch of luxury to the mix.
