Tuesday night at Blue Mountain Pizza in Weaverville with Mark Bumgarner. Good spot for a low-key weeknight hang where you can grab a slice and catch some live music without it being a whole thing. The kitchen runs deeper than the wood-fired pies, pastas, sandwiches, quesadillas, and salads all get the scratch-made treatment, plus there's a Thursday night family-style spaghetti spread that's become a local ritual. Everything's hand-thrown or house-prepped, which makes sense for a spot that's been feeding downtown Weaverville since 2004.
