Marquee's annual Masquerade is back on Thursday, and this year it's a Monster Mash. Come dressed as anything you can dream up for the costume contest. A local panel of judges picks the top three, and first place takes home a grand prize. The party runs from 6 to 9 PM at 36 Foundy Street in the River Arts District.
