Rye Knot is a restaurant, brewery and distillery on Merrimon Avenue in North Asheville, with its own beer and spirits made in house. The kitchen does American bar food like poutine with brisket and truffle gravy, burgers and grilled chicken sandwiches.

Locals like being able to try house-made whiskey, bourbon, rum and vodka in the same spot as the beer.
