Bennie and the Jeff plays White Labs Brewing Co. Asheville Kitchen & Tap on Saturday, October 31 at 1:00 PM. Grab a friend and make a night of it.

White Labs Kitchen & Tap is a brewpub on South Charlotte Street in Asheville that plays with yeast in everything, from the beer to the pizza crust. Expect 28 rotating taps of White Labs and guest beers, plus Neapolitan-style pizza from an 800-degree wood-fired oven, made with dough slow-risen for 72 hours with brewer's yeast.

Locals come for the pizza as much as the beer, and for the way the kitchen works fermentation into the food. You can order flights, pints, cans or growlers.
