The 2022-21 college basketball season is almost here. Join the action with #ItAllStartsInAsheville to see who will be crowned the first champion of the season at this year's Asheville Championship. Princeton Men's Basketball, South Carolina Men's Basketball, WKU Hilltopper Basketball, and Minnesota Men's Basketball will battle it out for early-season supremacy at the Harrah's Cherokee Center - Asheville.  Asheville Championship is the newest early-season test for top college basketball teams so grab your tickets for the Friday through Sunday games.

Join Wedge Brewing in celebrating the best in Whitewater at this year's 2nd Annual Night at the Museum and Southern Appalachian Whitewater Hall of Fame Induction. Linville Falls via Plunge Basin Hike

Linville Falls via Plunge Basin Trail is a 1.7 mile out and back trail located near Newland, North Carolina. This hike features a beautiful rolling river and is rated as moderate. From the bottom, be sure to keep an eye out for the magnificent view of Linville falls!
