Ninja Spirits

Located in the historic south slope, Asheville’s brewing district, Ninja Spirits is the newest addition to Asheville’s distilling scene. Ninja Spirits Distilling is a premium small-batch liquor distillery. Their craft liquors are classic, smooth, and deadly, crafted with care and attention to detail using only the finest ingredients and local Appalachian mountain water. Fun fact: The folks who created Asheville Brewing are the creators!

Be sure and try the Buckminster Old Fashoned! This recipe was four years in the making and it shows when you taste it. The bourbon’s mashbill features a healthy amount of rye, for a nice spiciness. We mix in a dash of demerara sugar, two kinds of bitters, and a hint of bourbon and cherry. All you need to do is pour on ice and enjoy. (Easy to take on a hike, boat, camping trip or to your backyard!)
