Be sure to take a swim suit when the weather warms up because this watering hole is a great spot to relax. This is located in Dupont Forest/Cedar Mountain, NC!

Bridal Veil is a more secluded waterfall at Dupont State Recreational Forest. This is a 4.7 easy hike and is perfect for a sunny day.

This trail features a beautiful summit view and is located right outside of Asheville in Pisgah Forest! While this hike might be a little tougher, the views are worth it.

The hike to the top explores a wildflower-filled grassy meadow that’s easily one of the most scenic in all of North Carolina. After soaking up all of the magnificent views, this hike retraces itself and takes you right back to that grassy meadow!

As the weather warms up, you don’t want to miss this "under an hour" spot in Dupont Forest/Cedar Mountain, NC. It’s just an easy-to-moderate 3.1-mile hike to your new favorite hideaway.
