Interested in becoming a Guild Member? Maybe you’ve applied and were rejected? Attend our mentoring workshops to learn what it takes to join our organization of fine craftspeople.

Our organization started in the Asheville region 92 years ago. As the oldest guild in the country, we now represent and sell the work of 900 regional artists.

Escape the hustle of downtown and take a drive up the Parkway to visit the Folk Art Center - there's plenty of parking, a bookstore, a craft shop, two exhibits, a museum, a library, and a hiking trail.
