Yard Act

Leeds’s Yard Act make conversational post punk wrapped in a layer of deadpan socialism. Released in 2022, their debut album, The Overload, borrows elements of ’90s hip-hop and Italo disco, offers a no-holds-barred commentary on post-Brexit Britain, and features Elton John on piano.

Brought to life by the team at Burial Beer Co., Eulogy is a mid-sized room, aiming to add to the city’s vibrant  music and live performance scene. The venue is adjacent to Burial’s original South Slope Taproom, which opened in 2013. The space features a full bar with 18 taps of Burial’s beer, house made cocktails, wine from VISUALS, and more, with a rooftop wine and cocktail bar to spotlight VISUALS, Burial’s product line of  wine, cider, and aperitifs, opening in Spring 2024.
