Join us for River Arts District Artists' monthly celebration of art, craft and design! July's Second Saturday Art Stroll will take place on Saturday, July 13th, with prime hours from 10-5. Enjoy a full day of art demonstrations, exhibit receptions, live music, and more in our vibrant arts district. Over 300 artists work and show art in 23 buildings along the French Broad River. The FREE ArtsAVL trolley will shuttle round the RAD and downtown AVL from 12-6. Hop aboard and explore Asheville's art scene!
In July, RADA artists are exploring the prompt "Our Landscape" within our yearly theme, "Who Am I? Who Are We?" During Second Saturday Art Stroll, you'll find artists showing new and archived work revolving around this topic. Trackside Studios is holding an artist reception for their group show for WAIWAW from 2-6, with light sips and snacks.
At Odyssey Gallery of Ceramic Arts, see clay demonstrations, live music, and enjoy tasty refreshments from 11-5. Artists are on hand to chat about ceramics during Second Saturday Art Stroll!
