Sweeping Promises

Since forming in Austin in 2019, post-punk band Sweeping Promises has been on a mission to bring their pop-leaning lo-fi sound to the world. Formed in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the band uses their "single-mic technique" to create their punk rhythm sections and dream-pop vocals, always staying true to their raw basement band persona.

Brought to life by the team at Burial Beer Co., Eulogy is a mid-sized room, aiming to add to the city’s vibrant  music and live performance scene. The venue is adjacent to Burial’s original South Slope Taproom, which opened in 2013. The space features a full bar with 18 taps of Burial’s beer, house made cocktails, wine from VISUALS, and more, with a rooftop wine and cocktail bar to spotlight VISUALS, Burial’s product line of  wine, cider, and aperitifs, opening in Spring 2024.
