WHERE: Diatribe Brewing Come sample a series of Imperial Stouts that have been aged on various woods instead of in a barrel, providing more flavor control with less waste. Woods we're playing with include American Oak, French Oak, Amburana, Spanish Cedar, Cherry, Cyprus, and Sugar Maple. Come sip and talk with our brewer Dave to learn more about the woods and their formats, including spirals, cubes, and a new alternative that uses evaporative extraction of the barrels themselves.
