Southern Comfort Ice Cream (dairy and vegan) will be released at all locations on Friday, August 23rd! For this flavor we take Lee’s One Fortune Farm peaches and slow cook them with bourbon. Once reduced we blend the mixture into the ice cream - and add a swirl for good measure! There is a story behind this ice cream as well… Ashley and Greg were attending a friend’s wedding in Northern California and stopped in San Francisco's Little Italy along the way. During a delightful dinner at a cozy Italian restaurant a discussion about peach ice cream took place and Southern Comfort was born 🙂
