On Friday, September 27th, the remnants of Hurricane Helene mercilessly swept away much of the taproom and brewing facility of Zillicoah Brewing Company. As the Zillicoah team explores options for reestablishing their beloved taproom and brand, the race is on to help this local brewery raise funds to accomplish their rebuild project. To raise funds for Zillicoah’s rebuild, Salt Face Mule Brewing Company will host a Mini Golf Tournament Fundraiser on Saturday, December 7th at 11:00am, with proceeds from the fundraiser going directly towards supporting Zillicoah’s recovery efforts. This ticketed event is all about promoting fun for a good cause: providing an opportunity for carefree enjoyment and all-ages entertainment after a challenging time, all while raising money for an established local brewery. After the Mini Golf Tournament, ticketholders can stick around for a complimentary burger bar- accompanied by vegetarian options-plus their first beer included.
