To commemorate the Year of the Wood Snake, Highland has teamed up once again with Lucky Envelope Brewing, an Asian-owned brewery based in Seattle, WA, on a collaboration brew. Highland's version of the Honey Amber Lager features local Western NC honey from Hoopers Creek Bee Company. This beer epitomizes dedication to community connections and innovative recipes. Highland Brewing’s Lunar New Year celebration will also include two events designed to immerse guests in the cultural festivities. January 31 | Chinese Night Market (21+) Guests will step into a buzzing Chinese Night Market featuring food from Chef J Chong and craft vendors, showcasing local creativity and flavors. Guests can explore with an interactive food “passport,” and every ticket includes a full beer flight featuring the Honey Amber Lager and a Yuzu Pilsner crafted exclusively for the weekend celebration.
