Guide’s Breakfast & Turtle Rock-y Road Double Release

Spring and adventure season are back in WNC and we are teaming up with our good friends at French Broad Adventures to celebrate the return! On Friday, May 2nd we are releasing 2 special flavors, Guide’s Breakfast & Turtle Rock-y Road at all locations of The Hop! Both flavors are collaborations with French Broad Adventures, will be available throughout May, and will also be sold all season long at the FBA outpost in Marshall, located at 12 Good Adventures Ln.
Guide's Breakfast:
Our custom decaf coffee ice cream base mixed with chocolate covered pretzels and honey roasted peanuts.
Turtle Rock-y Road:
Our signature chocolate ice cream mixed with caramel sauce, mini marshmallows, and peanuts. Named after Turtle Rock, one of the main boulders in the French Broad River.

The Hop Ice Cream has been an Asheville institution since 1978, with imaginative and locally-influenced flavors. Owners Ashley and Greg Garrison opened their first downtown location at S&W Market. The menu features homemade dairy and vegan ice creams, classic milkshakes, sundaes, desserts, and made-from-scratch waffle cones. The Hop’s flagship flavors (Salted Caramel, Vanilla Bean, and Chocolate) will be offered alongside a variety of staples and rotates flavors — often featuring local ingredients and collaborations with Asheville businesses.
