STOUT BOUT is back! Hi-Wire Brewing will be hosting its 7th Annual Stout Bout Festival on Saturday, November 16th from 12pm-5pm at our Biltmore Village Production Brewery & Taproom.
Stout Bout blends a traditional beer festival with a blind tasting. From 12:00pm-4:00pm attendees will be able to taste stouts from 16 mystery breweries and then cast a vote for their top three favorite stouts. At 4:00pm voting will close, and at 4:30pm winners will be announced and all beers will be revealed to attendees.

Hi-Wire Brewing started in 2013 in Asheville’s South Slope Brewery District and quickly grew into a multi-location favorite. Their original 2,700 sq. ft. specialty brewery serves innovative yet approachable craft beers, with a focus on balanced lagers and ales alongside creative sours and barrel-aged stouts.

In 2015, they expanded with a large production brewery and taproom in Biltmore Village, offering guests an immersive look at the brewing process while enjoying fresh pints in a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Across locations, Hi-Wire emphasizes community, creativity, and quality in every pour.
