Violinist Irina Rostomashvili from the Republic of Georgia performs a very romantic program featuring works by Clara Schumann, Paganini, Saint-Saens, and the incredible Franck Violin Sonata. This will be the Republic of Georgia performing with the State of Georgia! Ms. Rostomashvili now lives in Philadelphia, where she is getting a graduate degree from Temple University and performing across the country. She is a truly passionate player and we are very pleased to introduce her to our Asheville audiences. Daniel Weiser, piano, has a Doctorate in Piano/Chamber Music from the Peabody Conservatory, where he studied with Samuel Sanders and Robert MacDonald and won the Richard Franko Goldman prize for outstanding contribution to musical and educational life.
