Over the past decade, award-winning singer/ songwriter and instrumentalist Christie Lenée has garnered major recognition for her exceptional proficiency on the acoustic guitar. In 2017, Lenée won first place in the International Fingerstyle Guitar Championship, and was named “One of the Best Acoustic Guitarists in the World Right Now” by Guitar World in 2020. She’s performed alongside Tommy Emmanuel, Andy McKee, Amy Ray (Indigo Girls), and Tim Reynolds (Dave Matthews Band), and was featured on the Melissa Etheridge Cruise in 2021.
An artist celebrated across eclectic audiences, Lenée has been featured on the Grammy Museum’s virtual program streaming from Los Angeles, was a 2x Finalist in the USA Songwriting Competition, and has been covered in a variety of articles in Guitar Player Magazine and Acoustic Guitar Magazine.

Olivette is a 411-acre agrihood community and historic farm situated along the French Broad River, just about 7 miles from downtown Asheville. It integrates sustainable farming with residential living, featuring a vibrant vegetable, fruit, and flower farm, miles of walking trails, seven acres of private riverfront beach, and a unique river island with a ceremony bridge.
