Desert Dwellers w/ Somatoast, Living Light & Dobarae

Desert Dwellers is the project of Amani Friend and Treavor Moontribe, formed in 1999 out of the legendary Moontribe gatherings in the California and New Mexico desert underground. Over 25 years they've built one of the most recognized catalogs in the psybass and downtempo world — deep bass, earthy percussion, world instrumentation, and an ethos captured in their phrase "Music Beyond Borders." They've played Symbiosis, Coachella, Burning Man, BOOM, and Rainbow Serpent, and their Beatport #1 album *Breath* pulled in over 20 vocalists and musicians from around the world.

Somatoast brings a warm, psychedelic bass sound to the opening slot. Living Light adds an atmospheric, spiritually inflected electronic dimension. Dobarae — a multi-instrumentalist, throat singer, and rhythmic producer based in Asheville — rounds out the bill with a set that blends downtempo, dub, and glitch into something genuinely distinct.
