Live Jazz and Acoustic Music at The Workshop Lounge, the craft cocktail bar inside The Foundry Hotel on South Market Street, runs Wednesday through Saturday with no cover. Wednesdays feature the Asheville Jazz Collective 5-tet playing straight-ahead and post-bop jazz. Fridays belong to Hot Club of Asheville, performing Django Reinhardt-style gypsy jazz from 7:30–10pm. Thursdays and Saturdays rotate live jazz and acoustic acts in the 6–9pm range.
