Live Jazz and Acoustic Music at The Workshop Lounge — the craft cocktail bar inside The Foundry Hotel on South Market Street — runs Wednesday through Saturday with no cover. Wednesdays feature the Asheville Jazz Collective 5-tet playing straight-ahead and post-bop jazz. Fridays belong to Hot Club of Asheville, performing Django Reinhardt-style gypsy jazz from 7:30–10pm. Thursdays and Saturdays rotate live jazz and acoustic acts in the 6–9pm range.
