It features three beautifully appointed homes—the Stines House, Cascade Cottage, and Stable House—offering accommodations for 24–30 guests ideal for family reunions, weddings, or group gatherings. The estate is known for its stunning natural landscapes including walking trails, a babbling creek, wildflower gardens, and breathtaking mountain views. Key event spaces include a custom-built chapel seating up to 24 guests, a renovated barn venue called The Stable with seating for up to 50, and The Silo outdoor area fitting about 100 guests.
