Downtown After 5: La Sonora Carolina at Pack Square Park

La Sonora Carolina headlines the second Downtown After 5 of 2026 with a Latin Dance Night at Pack Square Park. The Durham-based group brings a high-energy mix of cumbia, salsa, and Latin funk that's made them one of the Southeast's most popular party bands. Flamenco guitarist Ulisse Rotoli opens the evening.

Presented by the Asheville Downtown Association and Fred Anderson Subaru, Downtown After 5 is a free outdoor concert series running from 5 to 9 PM. Food trucks, local vendors, and a beer garden round out the evening in the heart of downtown Asheville.

The nonprofit partner for this edition is Food Connection. All four DA5 events in 2026 are free and open to the public. Grab a lawn chair or a blanket and post up on the green.
