The 60th season of Shindig on the Green wraps up tonight at Pack Square Park. This is the final Saturday of mountain music on the Roger McGuire Green for 2026. Music runs from 7 to 10 PM with bluegrass, old-time, and folk performers curated by the Folk Heritage Committee.

Since 1967, Shindig has been one of the best free events in Asheville. Flatfoot dancing, clogging, square dancing, and impromptu jam circles make every week special. Tonight's the last chance to catch it this summer.

Free, open to everyone, and the perfect way to close out the season. Bring a chair, bring your people, and soak in one of Asheville's greatest traditions.
