Tyreese Hall & The Golden Stars roll into Asheville from New Haven, Connecticut for their debut appearance at The Double Crown. This is traditional gospel quartet singing the real way, led by voices built on decades of church-house practice and stage time up and down the East Coast. The Double Crown doesn't do gospel often, so this one is a proper event. Expect close harmonies, call and response, and the kind of room energy that only happens when a group this tight hits a dive bar stage. Doors at 9pm.
