Charles Wesley Godwin is from West Virginia, does Appalachian folk-country stuff, and put out "Seneca" in 2019. Both lean into that raw, storytelling country sound.

The Peel sits right on Biltmore Ave where you can actually walk to bars and food before or after since there's nothing inside, and parking around there is a nightmare so most people just hoof it anyway. The room holds close to a thousand but it's all standing floor with zero seating, so get there when doors open if you want a decent spot up front.
