Join us for an intimate dining experience featuring acclaimed ninth-generation Burgundian winemaker Numa Cornut. 

Seating is limited to 24 guests.

Following studies in viticulture and enology and experience in Bordeaux, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Switzerland, and Australia, Numa established his independent Burgundy estate in 2021. Today, he farms 3.5 hectares across the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits, producing expressive, sustainably farmed wines from celebrated appellations including Meursault, Pommard, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet, and Vosne-Romanée.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy five thoughtfully crafted seasonal courses from the Posana culinary team, expertly paired with Numa's wines while he shares stories of his vineyards, winemaking philosophy, and the unique terroir behind each bottle.
