The Friday Drum Circle has been a downtown fixture since 2001, running every week from April through October in this triangular park where Patton meets College. Show up between 6 and 10 PM and settle onto the amphitheater steps while the rhythms build, it's free, it's been happening for over two decades, and it draws everyone from seasoned percussionists to first-timers with shakers.
