GOTH PROM: Old Gods of Appalachia Takes Over Eulogy at Eulogy

Goth Prom on Halloween night at Eulogy is pretty much the ideal Saturday setup. The venue does themed nights well and this one's got the kind of crowd that actually commits to the bit.

Eulogy opened in 2023 as the 400-capacity middle ground South Slope needed between DIY basements and the bigger rooms downtown, standing-room with Burial's sound system doing the heavy lifting. It's all-ages by default but minors clear out by 11pm, and the full bar runs cashless if you're sticking around for the late shift.

Eulogy is Burial Beer's dedicated music venue on Buxton Ave in Asheville's South Slope — a converted space for heavy, indie, electronic, jazz, and underground live shows, with a serious sound system. All ages until 11pm, 21+ after.
