The B's Trio at 7pm is early enough to still make it a school night. Macon Avenue winds up the mountain with some tight curves, so factor in a solid fifteen minutes from downtown even though it looks closer on the map. The 1913 granite lodge rewards the climb with those massive stone fireplaces and mountain views, plus parking runs free for the first three hours if you snag a spot in the main lot.
